Sharing real experiences is the whole point. We encourage you to write the true post-procedure experience — including the unflattering bits.
Keep it civil — critique the thing, not the person. No personal attacks, slurs, doxxing, body-shaming, or discrimination and hate speech based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or body type. Criticism of a procedure or clinic is welcome when it's based on real experience and stays factual; don't use reviews for malicious defamation or unfair competition.
Keep all consultation and booking on-platform. Do not share WeChat/QQ IDs, personal phone numbers, off-site links, payment QR codes, or private discount promises in DMs / comments. Clinics demanding off-platform payment can be reported.
If you're not a licensed physician, don't post diagnostic / treatment advice. If you are, ground content in published medical consensus and disclose risk fully. A single violation can affect another person's health decision — we treat this seriously.
Do not encourage, instruct, or provide aesthetic-medicine information to minors. Content involving minors must be decided by their legal guardians. Users under 18 cannot register as clinic / doctor entities; certain item content is auto-hidden.
Only post text and images you own or are licensed to use; respect others' copyright, trademarks, and likeness rights. Report infringement via the Report Center — we act on it under the law and notify both sides; repeat infringers are removed.
Authenticity is the line we don't cross. AI face-swaps, deepfakes, or heavily-retouched before/after results — and fake reviews, self-reviews by clinics, or paid removal of negative ones — destroy the trust others rely on to make health decisions.
