These terms govern your access to and use of the awwBeauty website, mobile apps, and related services (the "platform"). Registering or continuing to use the platform means you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You must be at least 18 and have full legal capacity; if under 18, use the platform only with a legal guardian's involvement and consent.
Provide true, accurate information at sign-up and keep it current. Each person registers one personal account in principle; clinic / physician identities require the corresponding verification. Safeguard your credentials and remain responsible for all activity under your account; notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may warn, limit features, suspend, or close accounts that violate these terms or the law.
You retain ownership of the content you post (posts, images, reviews, etc.). As necessary to operate the platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free license to store, display, reproduce, translate, and distribute your content within the platform and its promotion. You warrant you hold the rights to post it and that it infringes no third party. You may delete your content at any time; we stop displaying it afterward (except where law requires retention or in backup caches).
You must not: post illegal, false, or misleading medical information; steal others' before/after photos or fabricate cases; run scams, off-platform routing, or private deals on or off the platform (see the Community Charter and Disclaimer); impersonate people or organizations; harass, dox, or post hate speech; scrape, bulk-download, or interfere with the platform without authorization; or use prohibited medical wording such as "cures all / miraculous / 100% effective." Violating content may be removed and accounts actioned.
You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time (closure uses a 7-day cooling-off period — see the Privacy Policy and Settings). We may suspend or terminate service for serious or repeated breaches. The platform is an information intermediary, not the provider of medical services; disputes arising from a medical service should be resolved between you and the clinic, with our reasonable assistance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for third-party content or the outcome of off-platform services. These terms are governed by applicable law; material updates are announced in-app and via public posting.
