PRF / EZ Gel
PRF (platelet-rich fibrin), and the EZ Gel prepared from it, are injectable treatments made from a person's own blood. A small sample is drawn and spun in a centrifuge; the resulting fibrin concentrate can be injected to support the skin's own repair, or, for EZ Gel, gently warmed into a soft gel used as an autologous filler. Using no synthetic material is their main appeal.

Overview
PRF is most often discussed for skin quality rather than dramatic volume: the tear-trough area under the eyes, fine lines, overall texture, and as a supporting step alongside other treatments. EZ Gel, the gel form, is used where a soft, natural, temporary fill is wanted—for example mild hollowing. A consultation should confirm which areas suit an autologous approach and which are better served by other options.
Because these products come from your own blood, they contain no synthetic filler and carry a low risk of allergy or rejection. The trade-off is honest and important: PRF and EZ Gel offer weaker shaping precision and shorter-lasting volume than hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers. They tend to refine and hydrate rather than build defined structure, and results are usually subtle and gradual rather than immediate and sculpted.
How it works
The idea behind PRF is that platelets and a fibrin mesh, concentrated from your blood, release growth factors slowly as the mesh breaks down, prompting the skin's own repair over time. EZ Gel adds a step: the concentrate is gently warmed so its proteins set into a soft gel, giving temporary physical volume in addition to that biological effect. Neither leaves a permanent structural material behind.
